As a member of senior leadership teams in various organizations, I have built and managed high-performing teams of over 90 FTEs, developed tailored commercial strategies, and driven operational success in competitive markets. Through my expertise in sales, strategy, and market expansion, I have consistently delivered impactful results in start-up and scale-up environments.
